• To complete the services you order (LLC formation, registered agent service, add-ons).
• To communicate about your order, renewals, and compliance deadlines.

Organizer Filing (Privacy Feature)

For state filings where permitted, we file as organizer on your behalf. This means your personal name is generally not included on the filing we submit — we are the signer of record. This is a privacy feature designed to keep your name off public Secretary of State records where state law permits.

Information Shared With Third Parties

• Secretary of State / state agencies: information required by law to form or maintain your LLC.
• Payment processor: to process your payment securely.
• Our registered agent backbone (Corporate Tools / Registered Agents Inc): to fulfill registered agent services.
• Legal compliance: in response to valid legal process (subpoena, court order, etc.).

Your Rights
