We file as organizer so your name does not appear on publicly searchable formation documents. The address on your state record is ours, not yours.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose. Your data stays in our system.
We collect only what we need to complete your filing. We do not build profiles, track behavior across other sites, or tie your formation data to ad networks.
Documents, correspondence, and personal information are handled with end-to-end care. We do not store sensitive identifiers longer than required.
Using us as your registered agent means your home address is not the one that shows up when someone searches your business in the state database.
In every comparison we make, pricing, privacy, service features, we hold ourselves to what we call the Gold Star Standard. A gold star means we clearly win the comparison on an objective, verifiable basis. We only show comparisons where we are confident the advantage is real and meaningful to you.

We will never charge you to scan and forward legal mail. Document handling is part of being your registered agent, it should not be an add-on line item.
Our order process does not walk you through a series of pop-ups designed to inflate your cart. You choose what you need, pay once, and we handle it.
